• While most orders begin the shipping process immediately, please allow a minumum of 24-48 business hours to process and ship your order.
• Free shipping is applicable to all retail orders with a subtotal over $100.00 after coupons and discounts have been applied. Applies to USPS priority shipping only.
• Merchandise will be shipped via your choice of USPS or UPS and is subject to the shipper's standards and regulations and delivery limitations.
• If an item is on backorder or out of stock, you will be notified by email.
• All UPS deliveries must be made to a verifiable street address. UPS can not ship to P.O. boxes.
• Please make sure you double check your shipping delivery address. AKOstyle's shipping department is fully automated and the customer is responsible for any misinformation they type into the order.
• Please ensure that you choose a safe and secure shipping delivery address. If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex, another facility, public institution, such as a college, hospital or hotel, the carrier may choose to leave the package with a fellow employee, neighbor, receptionist, etc. Upon signature or acceptance of goods by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order. AKOstyle is not responsible for lost of stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.
• International orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS and is subject to the shipper's standards and regulations and delivery limitations. The buyer is responsible for paying any additional fees associated with international shipping cost including but not limited to taxes and import fees.

Returns and exchanges

• AKOstyle accepts undamaged and unused merchandise for exchange or return within 30 days of purchase. They must be in unused and perfect condition to qualify. Any items that are not in perfect resellable condition or show sign of wear are not returnable. Fragrances can only be returned for a full refund with the original cellophane packaging or a 20% restocking fee will apply. Any partially used fragrances are not returnable. You will be given credit or a refund for the amount of the merchandise plus standard shipping. Express shipping charges and International shipping charges are not refundable. Our 30 day guarantee applies to retail purchases. Wholesale customers see wholesale policies below.
• To process your return or exchange, please log in to your Customer Profile. After logging in, from the Account Menu screen, please select view previous orders. All of your orders will be displayed, please select the order details for the invoice in question. Scroll down to request an RMA. You will receive a reply within 24 business hours. Please repackage the item(s) you are returning or exchanging, taking care to protect the merchandise from damage during return shipping. NOTE: AKOstyle will not accept any worn merchandise or merchandise that is damaged due to your negligence in shipping. Include a copy of your original invoice and ship the box with your RMA listed on the box to:

For returns:

• Credit for the returned merchandise will be issued to the original card of purchase. Please allow 14 business days for credit processing. You are able to review your return status by viewing your order details after logging into your Customer Profile.
  

For exchanges:
